frequently asked questions
What is SeriousBilling?

SeriousBilling is a custom developed browser based, automated web-hosting, domain management and billing system used for provisioning hosting and registering domains.

Why login to SeriousBilling?

You need to be able to self-manage most of your services. For instance, to reset your Email passwords, register a new domain or make an online payment.

SeriousBilling is software designed for you to login and manage most aspects of your hosting with us.

Within SeriousBilling you should be able to manage both accounting and hosting panel related functions.  There are, of course, certain features that have to be managed via DirectAdmin host panel.

What is the login URL for DirectAdmin host panel?

This depends.
The login URL for DirectAdmin host panel can be found in your panel details that were sent to you after signing up with us.  The username is unique and will look like this, e.g. r12345c.

How do I access webmail?

You can access your webmail as long as you have an internet connection and browser.  The webmail link looks like this, e.g. yourdomain.co.za/roundcube.

What happens if I am not able to access any online services?

Should you attempt to access DirectAdmin or the webmail with the incorrect password multiple times, the server will block your public IP, thinking that it is being “attacked” from the outside.

When trying to access the host panel or webmail, you receive a message saying, “this page cannot be found”.  Simply log a ticket online and request that the IP is unblocked.
