Am I able to migrate my own Emails to my new hosting account?
Yes, you can. Simply navigate to the IMAPsync migrations option, under Email manager in your DirectAdmin host panel and complete the required fields.
Will there be downtime when Emails are migrated to Serious.host?
This depends.
If you request our assistance we will ensure that there is no downtime or that any possible downtime is planned ahead and communicated accordingly.
Can I synchronize calendars with standard mail?
Unfortunately not.
Rouncube only allows for standard IMAP/POP protocols with contacts.
What does self-management of Email hosting entail?
This simply means that clients are responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks that take place within their hosting space as well as any related third party applications, e.g.
1. Creating mail accounts
2. Setting up Emails on desktop client software, mobile and/or tablets
3. Reset Email passwords, etc.
